Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Readistry. By using the app or this website, you agree to them. We have kept them as short and human as we could.
§ 01 Use of the App
You may use Readistry for lawful, personal reading-tracking purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the app for any purpose other than personal reading tracking.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality.
- Abuse the service by submitting excessive or automated requests.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Use the app to collect or store data about other individuals.
§ 02 Accounts
You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for the security of your account and any activity under it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently removes all your data.
§ 03 Free and Premium Plans
Readistry offers a free tier and a premium subscription:
- Free: Track up to 3 active books, basic page tracking, reading streaks, yearly goals.
- Premium ($1.99/month): Unlimited books, detailed stats, year-end roundup, audiobooks & rereads.
- Premium is billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled ≥24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.
§ 04 Content & Intellectual Property
Readistry's app, website, branding, and original code are owned by MB Djump. Don't copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without permission. Your reading data and personal records remain yours — we just store them on your behalf.
§ 05 Disclaimer of Warranties
The app and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or perfect accuracy of computed statistics.
§ 06 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Djump shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
§ 07 Privacy
Your use of the app and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
§ 08 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through the app or by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
§ 09 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
